Hear the entire new Nine Inch Nails CD, Year Zero, at House of Blues' (308 Euclid Ave., 216-523-BLUE) preview party Tuesday, March 27. The album is set for release Tuesday, April 17. You can pre-order the disc at the party -- you'll get a voucher that's redeemable at any FYE store -- and though you won't get the disc right there & then, you'll receive a limited-edition lithograph poster (while supplies last).
