As self-styled "electro-disco-terrorists," Front 242 first packed dance floors with the industrial club anthem "Headhunter" (from 1988's Front by Front). They later turned heads with 1993's sonically complex 06:21:03:11 UP EVIL, as well as by crossing genres and having the Orb and the Prodigy remix their songs. Now on this generation's I-rock label of choice, Metropolis Records, 242 returns to Cleveland for its first and only Ohio show in seven years. What to expect? A solid cross section of work from the early days up to 2003's sleeper hit, Pulse. In light of previous performances, expect many fans of the band to get winded long before the hyperkinetic Richard 23 does.
