I Got Five On It to Celebrate Its 13th Anniversary

One of the country’s longest-running club parties, I Got Five On It will celebrate its 13th anniversary on Dec. 29 at Touch Supper Club. Promoters boast that “the party provides the best in '60s, '70s, '80s and '90s music...from disco to funk to rock, all mixed with classic hip-hop." DJs Mickey "Mick (Mick Boogie)" Batyske, Terry Urban and Robert Ivanov co-founded the event.

“Throughout the many years of I GOT 5 ON IT, we have withstood the test of time. From the evolution of djing, records to mp3's and now the birth of millennial music,” says Urban in a press release announcing the event at Touch. “I’m extremely proud of this party and what we have gone through to bring such a great event to the people of my hometown. Clevelanders deserve this party! They need to have an eccentric event that they can dance and have fun.... without dealing with the typical carbon copy parties in the rest of the city."

Urban, Babs, Nicnacc, and Eso & Friends will all perform at the upcoming event.
