Now in its tenth year, this year’s incarnation of the local music festival LoveMuffinpalooza will take place from Sept. 14 to Sept. 16 at the Bop Stop, Winchester and Euclid Tavern.
In the wake of the death of organizer Adam Rich’s cousin, who passed away from cancer, Rich has partnered with the Gathering Place, a local cancer support center with locations in Beachwood and Westlake. Bands will donate their pay, and the Gathering Place will receive proceeds from a series of raffles.
Kent & Angelica of WERE 1490 AM radio will be the MCs for the first night. At 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 14, at the Bop Stop, guest speaker Deanna Adams appear along with musical acts Dennis & Debi Lewin, Marlene Dietrich & the Artificial Hipsters, Dave Smeltz Experimence, Walkin' Cane and Vernon Jones Blues Cartel.

Meg & the Magnetospheres and Kiss Me Deadly will perform at 8 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 15, at the Winchester. Skychief, Xela and Deep Fried Jalapeño Poppers will perform at 9 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 16 at the Euclid Tavern.
