Local Guitar Stand Company to Launch Music Festival at Victory Park Ohio
Fields of Rock headliners First to Eleven
Maker of the GRABBIT guitar stand and other “problem-solving music accessories,” GRABBIT has just partnered with Victory Park Ohio, a 60-plus acre multi-sport and entertainment facility, to launch the Fields of Rock Festival Series, an event “dedicated to showcasing prominent young talent and top local acts in order to promote the development of the music industry in Northeast Ohio.”

“We’re really excited to team up with the folks at Victory Park Ohio [in North Ridgeville],” says GRABBIT president Sean Samson. “It’s an unbelievable complex that provides the perfect venue for this type of festival. There are a lot of great shows and festivals that come through Cleveland in the summer months, but they don’t always cater to everyone including families. GRABBIT and Victory Park Ohio expect the ‘Fields of Rock’ series to be one of the very few shows of this type where people of all ages can go and enjoy awesome music, fun activities and awesome food all at a very reasonable price.”

Set to take place at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 8, the festival will include a main stage featuring “an exhilarating mix of popular and classic rock and fantastic originals from some of the most dynamic and creative bands in the area.” There will be cornhole, vendors and food trucks.

The lineup includes headliner First to Eleven, winner of the last two Tri-C High School Rock-Offs. Other acts include 8 Track, the Ballroom Charades, Easy Glistening and Unnamed.

Tickets will be available for purchase online on the VPO website beginning Monday. For more info, visit victoryparkohio.com
