Darling Waste, a local punk/hard rock band that’s been a part of the local scene for more than a decade, will play one last show at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 21 at the 5 O’Clock Lounge.

The band's had a great run and its music has been featured on MTV, VH1, Showtime and Miramax. The group's had its music played on over 100 radio stations too.

Just last year, it issued The Skeleton Key, an album that features frenetic, hard-driving tunes such as “Sing Along Time” and "I Am the Villain."

One Days Notice, a local group that played its first show about 10 years at the Foundry before calling it quits in 2016, will reunite to perform at the farewell show.

The Simulants and Anthony Powers join the bands on the bill. Admission is free.
