My Chemical Romance alt-rock Queen

It's been a year and a half since My Chemical Romance released The Black Parade, the ambitious concept album stuffed with gloomy marches, oversize Queen riffs, and many songs about death. The guys have been on the road for more than a year, playing for all the broken, beaten, and damned fans they've picked up since the CD came out. They recently returned to the States after playing overseas and are headlining smaller venues. In addition to playing songs from the durable Black Parade, the band has been testing some new material onstage for an album it plans to record after the tour wraps next month.
