The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum has just opened a new exhibit devoted to acts that are popular today. Former Akronites the Black Keys, now one of the biggest rock acts in the world, figure prominently. Artifacts on display include the outfit Lady Gaga wore in the music video for “Bad Romance,” the tuxedo that Bruno Mars wore during his performance of “Runaway Baby” at the 2012 Grammy Awards, the outfit Rihanna wore in the music video for the song “Rude Boy,” the amplifier and hat and tap jar that the Black Keys singer-guitarist Dan Auerbach used when he was busking on the mean streets of Akron, the dress that Katy Perry wore on her California Dreams tour in 2011 and clothing the guys in Fall Out Boy wore in the Young Blood Chronicles, a series of 11 videos corresponding to each of the songs on their most recent album.
