Nineties pop-punk hitmakers Blink-182 split back in 2005 but reconvened in 2009 and began recording and touring once more. Now, the volatile band has announced dates for a summer tour in advance of the forthcoming album, California
, slated for release on July 1.
The tour kicks off on July 22 in the band’s hometown of San Diego. Punk rockers A Day To Remember will join the tour as special guests on all dates while All American Rejects and All Time Low will join the group on select dates. The tour arrives at Blossom on Aug. 9.
The new single "Bored To Death" represents the band's first new music since the release of the Dogs Eating Dogs
EP in 2012. The new album will also represent the first time fans will hear music written with former Alkaline Trio singer-guitarist Matt Skiba, who has taken the place of original singer-guitarist Tom DeLonge.
Citi card members will have access to presale tickets on select dates beginning at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, through Citi’s Private Pass Program. Tickets go on sale to the general public starting at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 6, at livenation.com
