On Monday, Dec. 7, Cleveland Rocks Past Present and Future has partnered with the Tri-C’s Recording Arts and Technology Program to bring this discussion into an open forum with Rock Solid Summit. The conference takes place in the Black Box space at the Tommy LiPuma Center for the Creative Arts on Tri-C Metro Campus. The day also includes a partnership with the adjacent Rock Hall Library and Archives, which will announce the digitization of the Jane Scott papers that document the former Plain Dealer rock writer's tenure at the daily paper.
Cindy Barber, Cleveland Rocks PPF and Dave Kennedy, Recording Arts and Technology give the opening remarks at 9:30 a.m. The day-long summit meeting concludes with an industry networking reception in the Rock Hall Archives from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
