Last night in Cleveland: Anne E. DeChant's heading to Nashville
For more than two decades, singer-songwriter Anne E. DeChant has been a Cleveland institution. First, as leader of Odd Girl Out; then as a popular solo artist. Her 2006 CD, Girls and Airplanes, was a hit in Nashville. So DeChant is packing her bags and giving her career a go in Music City. She played a farewell gig on Friday night at a sold-out Winchester. Old friends like Chris Allen, Alexis Antes, and Tim Longfellow joined her onstage for some of her most famous songs. Action Rock Photographer Walter Novak was on hand to capture the festivities with his latest slideshow. We wish her luck. –Michael Gallucci
