Ten years ago, the indie folk act the Avett Brothers dropped its major label debut,
I and Love and You, and entered the mainstream. The band’s regularly delivered chart-topping albums and played to big crowds ever since.
Their most recent album, 2016's True Sadness, hit No. 1 on
Billboard’s Top Albums chart and garnered two Grammy nominations.
Earlier today, the band announced dates for a fall tour.
It performs on Sept. 8 at the
Wolstein Center.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 5.
