
A public bathroom in any college residence hall is likely the least tolerable place on campus, but at least one Kent State student is circumventing that system. Like a truck driver tossing a "trucker bomb" out of the window, a Wright Hall resident is apparently pissing in bottles and tossing them in the dorm's public trash.
It was enough of a problem for dorm staff to send out an email to address it, threatening that the students were going to foot the bill if a "Hazardous Waste Team" had to be called in. Via a tweet from a Kent State student, here's this gem of an email:
We've recently learned that someone has been placing bottles of urine in garbage cans throughout the building. This is a health and safety concern and I wanted to communicate a few expetactions.1. If you know who's doing it, let me know so I can follow up with an educational conversation and end the problem early-on. Please let someone know!
2. Bodily fluids, including urine needs to be handled with care (www.who.int). This can involve a containment team who would use gloves and proper disposal techniques required for such materials.
