— Cleveland.com and Jim Brown both think that Jim Brown's thoughts are important. (Cleveland.com)
— A third Ohioan has died from West Nile. Lesson: wear sweatpants everywhere. (AP)
— Tim McGinty will serve as acting prosecutor until the elections. (Cleveland.com)
