Update: Lockhart has been given a nine-month suspended jail sentence and placed on probation for 18 months after being convicted of a fifth-degree felony charge for vandalism, Ohio.com reports.
She was found not guilty of a second felony charge for breaking and entering and a misdemeanor for vandalism. A neighbor and family member spoke on her behalf at the hearing, perhaps arguing for Lockhart's freedom of creative expression? We've all watched the videos of disheveled employees sticking it to their boss after quitting, but never perhaps has there been an office stunt like this one.
An Akron woman is found guilty of vandalism and may tote a felony charge for trashing her supervisor's office after resigning at the Summit County Fiscal Office back in January, Fox 8 reports.
Armed with glitter, crazy string and toilet paper, 25-year-old Samantha Lockhar played hooky from her last day on the job to bedazzle her boss's office with a friend.
