Beto O'Rourke, Texas Democrat and 2020 presidential-hopeful, is coming to Cleveland today.

The public meet and greet takes place at Gino’s Cento Anno at 3:30 p.m. The event follows his Thursday Twitter announcement that he's joining the dense field of (officially-running) presidential candidates, and the recent revelation of his tepid, video-game-pirating membership with the CDC (hacking group "Cult of the Dead Cow," obviously).
His visit comes on the heels of former First Lady Michelle Obama's appearance Saturday at Playhouse Square. Obama was not officially campaigning in any capacity, however, she did discuss past experiences on the trail, and alluded to the values and integrity that have made her a prominent voice in the party.

While O'Rourke's campaign maintains his campaign kicks-off on March 30 in his hometown of El Paso, consider his local visit a casual and informal affair and an indicator of what's to come. Cleveland is a Democratic hot-spot in a fairly purple state. Expect the menagerie of candidates to come sweeping through (hopefully, ready to regale us with exciting policy initiatives) as election season launches in full force.

Gino's Cento Anno is located at 1314 Denison Ave. Arrive early for the best chance to secure a spot at this first-come-first-serve event.
