Branson Wright Tweeted Cardale Jones Would Enter NFL Draft, Got 239 Retweets (and Counting)

Branson Wright, a member of the PD's crackerjack Browns' beat, had a rough afternoon on Twitter.

He was covering the Cardale Jones pres conference out at the Tedd Ginn Academy. There, Jones announced that he'd be foregoing the NFL draft and returning to OSU.

Though Wright saw fit to correct his announcement that the presser would be held at 3 p.m. (not 2 p.m.) — and ultimately pushed back to 4 p.m.! — he didn't exactly issue a correction when he erroneously Tweeted that Jones would be entering the draft. 

That Tweet has already been widely disseminated, 239 retweets at last count.
