Carmen Electra is Suing the Diamond Men's Club in Cleveland For Using Her Photos as False Advertising

The Diamond Men's Clubs in Cleveland, Canton and Rootstown are all being sued by models Carmen Electra, Lusy Pinder, Khloe Terae and Irina Voronina for using photos of them to promote their clubs on social media without their consent.

Hoping to drum up business, the women say the photos were shown on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Yelp, according to the lawsuit filed on Friday in Akron and first reported by Cleveland.com. The photos were used multiple times between 2013 until now.

Given the quality of the piss-poor photoshop massacres the Diamond Men's Club tries to call "show flyers" on top of the false advertising, it's totally understandable why the models would be taking legal action. None of these women have ever worked for the Diamond Men's Club.

U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi has been assigned to the case, with the models claiming an invasion of privacy by appropriation, unjust enrichment and other state and federal claims.

This isn't the first time Electra has sued over her image's usage in advertisements for clubs. Among previous suits she's brought against other gentleman's clubs, she's also currently suing a Denver area club using almost identical language in that lawsuit as the lawsuit for Diamond Men's Club Cleveland.
