Plenty of new swag emerged over the holiday break to keep you looking fresh for the next couple of months.
First, I Love the Hype continues to produce original Cavs tees, this time playing off the old "Bo Knows" ad slogan. Here's the "Mo Knows" tee, but they also have a "Bron Knows" version, although that doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well. $25 over at their site.
Second, from a source you wouldn't think of when searching for Browns gear, the "Franchise Quarterbacks" tee from Two Eight Nine Design. They already had a Bills version up, but recently added the Cleveland design because, well, let's face it, our list of miserable QB succession since the days of Kosar is lengthier and more impressive (read: more depressing) than the Bills'.
Third, and finally, a look back in time from Homage Clothing to the days of the Kardiac Kids. It's apropos that the shirt comes out now, of all times, since Pittsburgh QB Ben Roethlisberger recently tried to lay some lame claim to the moniker last month when the Steelers pulled out a last second victory over the Ravens.
"It's been do or die for us for a while, fighting to the last minute. We're like the Kardiac Kids," said Ben Roethlisberger, who threw a touchdown pass while becoming the first Steelers quarterback to pass for 4,000 yards in a season.
Sorry, Ben, but that name is Cleveland's and will always be. Plus, the Kids made the playoffs. How'd you do there in Pittsburgh? That's right. Long live Sipe!
