If you're ready to take home a new best friend, head to the Cleveland Kennel now through June 7 and your animal adoption fee will be waived.

In honor of Ohio Animal Week, the folks at the Cleveland Kennel and the Cleveland Animal Control Volunteers will nix the $61 adoption fee for all adoptable pets, yet will still provide all normal animal adoption services, includes spay and neutering, and the issuing of licenses, microchips, and the first round of vaccinations.

The mandatory Cuyahoga County $20 license fee is still in place.

More info and a list of extended kennel hours can be found here.
