Concert Review: Chris Knight at the Covelli Center

Even though country singer-guitarist Chris Young had a rough day yesterday, he didn't let it affect his performance last night at the Covelli Centre in Youngstown. He said he received news earlier in the day that his good friend died, but he was still willing to party for “Sunday Funday.” He opened his concert with "Snake Farm," a new, unreleased songs “Snake Farm” and continued to fire up the crowd with the hit “Gettin’ You Home.” He dedicated “The Man I Wanna Be” to his recently deceased friend and you could hear the emotion in his voice. However, sad emotions only lasted for a song, as he then turned to upbeat and fun songs such as “Save Water, Drink Beer,” “When She’s On” and “Neon.”
