According to NewsNet5, the gentleman in the video below was picked up by the coppers at The Tobacco Store Saturday late afternoon. He had been swearing, apparently drunk, and talking to inanimate objects like tobacco bags and vodka.

According to police, it appeared the man was trying to have a conversation with a bottle of vodka and with a customer who was standing in line. Officers said the man's speech was slurred, "his thoughts were confused and random and the conversation that he tried to convey between the bottle of vodka and the customer made no sense and was unintelligible."

Weird, right? Gets weirder.

Once in custody, Kenneth Kulas "began confessing his love for a urinal," which for any of us who may have had too much firewater at one time or another, isn't that strange of a confession, really.

There's no sound in the video below, but you can see him stumbling around and sticking his hand in the toilet. Love knows no bounds.
