We're not sure how we missed this fantastic little nugget over the Christmas break, but here it is now.

Ozzy Osbourne and his music have long been a scapegoat for deviant behavior, but never before has the Prince of Darkness been blamed for a DUI.

On Christmas eve 33-year-old William Liston was arrested for your run-of-the-mill DUI. Ho-hum, right?

Not so fast. See, he had an excuse for the officers. A good one, too!
