Temperatures around Northeast Ohio are hovering around the 0-degree mark, and that ridiculous wind chill is turning most outdoor excursions into instant headaches. It's co-oh-old out there, and far too many people are left with few options when it comes to warming up.

The city will keep Glenville, Zelma-George, Michael Zone, and Fairfax recreation centers open 24/7 for the foreseeable future to accommodate residents in need of shelter and warmth and showers.

Over the next few days we'll inch ever so slightly warmer, with highs of 34 and 31 arriving on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
