If you're jonesin' to become a professional chef, you're in luck: FOX's MasterChef is hosting an open casting call in Cleveland at the end of the month.
To attend, you've got to pre-register and bring a prepared dish of your choice to wow the judges on September 20.
There's a bunch of additional rules and requirements serious contestants should be aware of — like that you'll only have 90 seconds to plate your dish before serving and that they'll be no on-site utensils for you to use — all of which can be found here.
It all goes down from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the DoubleTree on Lakeside Ave.
