We know it will now be impossible to get back to work for the rest of the day. You're just gonna be sitting over that keyboard, dreaming of cinnamon-tinted 7.5 percent alcohol goodness.
Mega-drunk season starts October 25th. We're guessing the mad scientists over there at the brewery decide the release date by calculating when the last possible Christmas Ale-related hangover has faded from collective memory, which in our experience is sometime in late July.
The special beer starts flowing on Thursday at 11a.m. at the brewery, where a release party will celebrate the season's inaugural brew. Great Lakes is also holding a poetry contests for the best ode to the seasonal staple that regularly keeps Cleveland's taxis in business during the dead winter months.
