Bringing the Southern California-based Hello Kitty Cafe to the masses, the shop's roving truck is hitting up Westlake's Crocker Park mall this Saturday, the only Northeast Ohio stop on its tour.
Fans waiting in line Saturday can expect on-theme food menu items like adorably-shaped macarons, petite fours, cookies and pocket pies, and also merchandise like Hello Kitty tees, keychains and chubby bunny bows.
According to the Facebook
event, the food and merchandise truck plans to set up shop by the Nordstrom Rack and Regal Cinemas from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Hello Kitty, a
Sanrio superstar since the 1970s, is so popular worldwide that there's naturally even been a Hello Kitty Con, where the cafe truck actually debuted in 2004. There are currently two trucks rolling through the country, spreading joy to cat lovers everywhere.
