It takes a lot of muscle to win the Eastern Conference finals (fingers crossed on that tonight). And it takes a lot of muscle to make it to the Calder Cup (note for non hockey fans: that's the Stanley Cup of the AHL, and the Lake Erie Monsters punched their ticket last night). It also takes a lot of muscle to get the floor ready for both.

Since the Lake Erie Monsters and Cleveland Cavaliers share a venue and both are in the playoffs this season, that means a lot of setting up and breaking down the floor.
