Here's Scene's Original Review of Bruce Springsteen's Legendary 1978 Concert in Cleveland

We've long been fans of the famed 1978 Springsteen show, the audio for which has been floating around the internet for awhile. Recently, the Boss released the show as an official bootleg — Rolling Stone just called it the greatest official bootleg in his catalog — and by sheer coincidence, the August 17, 1978 issue of Scene containing Jim Girard's review of the legendary show popped up on our desk today. As you might know, the show was broadcast on WMMS, but we didn't know until today that it was also simulcast on seven other FM stations, including in Chicago, Detroit, St. Louis and others. Anyway, here's the full review and editorial on the show, just to add to the archive.
