Back during game one against Boston, I posited a theory to the people I was watching the game with: What if LeBron's elbow is like Tiger's knee?
Remember when Woods was "milking" his knee injury, using his club as a cane, struggling around the U.S. Open and everyone killed him, I mean absolutely killed him, for being a drama queen? Tiger just played through it, ignored the criticism, and won the U.S. Open.
Oh, right... then a few days later the truth came out and Tiger went under the knife.
Woods revealed Wednesday he has been playing for at least 10 months with a torn ligament in his left knee, and that he suffered a double stress fracture in his left leg two weeks before the U.S. Open. He said he will have season-ending surgery, knocking him out of the final two majors and the Ryder Cup.

The bombshell: A source close to the Cleveland Cavaliers who wished to remain anonymous has admitted that LeBron James should not playing with his injury in its current state. Apparently, the damage is enough that the right arm of King James — perhaps that should be “King Richard III” for the nonce — is having great difficulty in carrying anything heavier than a basketball.
As everyone in Northeast Ohio frets about The Elbow, reports from the team and beat writers that it's just a bruise and nothing serious and LeBron needs rest aren't all that comforting. We see how LeBron has acted on the court the last two games. We're from Cleveland. We're ready to believe the worst. And even if it's just a bruise, we're ready to believe it's going to hamper The King enough that the Cavs won't win the title.
This certainly doesn't help our mindset. Even if it is from something called BallinEurope and is most likely far, far from the truth, we don't need to hear this.
