Meth Lab Explodes in Akron

Meth labs can be cluttered, and dangerous.
  • Meth labs can be cluttered, and dangerous.

If two shady looking gents to a hospital with burns and conflicting stories about how they got those burns, a meth lab accident is probably a good guess as to the origins of the injuries.

That's exactly what happened recently when a pair of guys, who are now listed in critical condition, arrived at a hospital. When hospital workers called the cops, they discovered the men had a "history of making meth."

This batch proved a little too dangerous; cops say their met lab exploded. Whoops.

According to Fox 8:

Police connected the duo to a house on Black Street in Akron, where a relatively large meth lab was discovered. Also at the home was evidence of an explosion upstairs. Chemicals, cold medicine, plastic bottles and other supplies used to make meth were removed as well.
