Lance Guidry is the interim head coach of Miami University. The Redhawks, who won all of one game last year, played Middle Tennessee State University in the GoDaddy.com Bowl last night. Unremarkable, right? Well, with a win in the bowl game, Miami would became the first school to go from double-digit losses one season to double-digit wins the next.
Guidry wasn't short on inspiration during his pregame speech. In fact, his impassioned rant, filled with historical nuggets, is bound to fire you up, and sure worked on his team, which went out and won the game. Hell, it makes us want to run wind sprints right now. Check it out.
