More Details on Nine Fired Over Water Meter-Rigging Scandal

[image-1]Our friend Scott Taylor at Cleveland 19 continues to throw down some intriguing plot twists in the meter-rigging scandal over at the Cleveland Water Department.

Via termination letters sent to nine employees, the news station learned that the former workers were a) not paying their water bills, and then b) either turning their meters back or removing the meter altogether and replacing it "with a straight water pipe in order to fool the city."
