Nicolas Cage, currently working on the film Dog Eat Dog in Lorain, was approached yesterday by a man distraught over the disappearance of his 15-year-old stepdaughter, Alexis Boroviak. Britton Ramsey snuck onto the set with a flier detailing Boroviak's story, and Cage was kind enough to take a photo with him.

As Cleveland 19 News reports: "Nicolas Cage stopped and actually looked at the flyer and he looked at me and he said 'how long has she been gone?' I said 'a week and a half.' He said 'I'm sorry to hear that,'” Ramsey said.

Boroviak has not been seen since Nov. 8.

Earlier this year, Boroviak's boyfriend, Jessie Hayes, was shot and killed in rural Trumbull County.
