ODOT: Massive Car Crashes Across Southern Ohio Highways Today

They say the bad weather is coming our way, Cleveland. We're hoping that the massive car crashes riddling southern Ohio today won't be coming with it.

Along I-75, I-275 and I-71, white-out conditions and ice along roadways set off chain reactions resulting in upwards of 100-car pileups, according to one estimate. At least one death has been reported.

You can use ODOT's new OHGO real-time traffic map to check out highway conditions ahead of time. Protip: Avoid yet another gigantic pileup by not checking the website while driving.
