Two Bedford Heights residents, charged with the 2016 murder of Brandi Bledsoe, a transgender woman found shot to death in her driveway with plastic bags covering her head and hands, have surrendered to police.

Arrest warrants for Heidi Krudy and Michael Cole (also known as Michelle Cole) were issued this morning. Hours after being charged with aggravated murder of Bledsoe, the pair turned themselves into police.

Bledsoe, 32, was murdered in Oct. 2016 and discovered by two young boys riding bikes. The medical examiner determined she died of gun shot wounds to the chest.

Bledsoe's is the fourth transgender woman killed in Cleveland since 2012.
