After a bit of a delayed start, things are well underway on the $32 million dollar facelift that aims to make the downtown circle an "engaging and vibrant" destination, particularly for the hordes of RNC folk slated to descend upon the Forest City come summer.
"Things are changing in Cleveland and in Cuyahoga County," Executive Armond Budish said of the project back in March. "We're a region on the move. We have to look like the great city we are. We have to show the world during the Republican National Convention how great we are."
