Reddit user monobot3 posted these photos to the social site depicting a "Cleveland that was supposed to be."

Monobot3 posted, "In 1990, Tower City displayed an architectural model of what Cleveland would look like in 2000, based on what had been proposed and planned in the previous couple years."
