Zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Such will be the enthusiastic reception one day when the big Lithuanian, Zydrunas Ilgauskas, returns to the court at Quicken Loans arena to have his number retired.

According to LithuanianBasketball.com, that day may be pretty soon. Like once the lockout is over. Which, of course, could be another year.

Either way, the report says that Kyrie Irving inquired about the No. 11 after being drafted by the Cavs this year, only to be told that the number was slated to be retired. He, like a kid is prone to do, told this to someone when he was in China. Or so the story goes.

Ilgauskas was wildly cheered during his two trips to Cleveland as a member of the Miami Heat this year after joining LeBron down in South Beach for one last title run before retirement. It won't be any different when Z, whose feet are 99% steel at this point, returns for this ceremony.
