In the third episode of the No Sleep in the CLE podcast (they were off last week with the happy news of a new baby in the Markert household!), Justin Markert and Ramon Rivas welcome Nathan Hedges and Mikey Gould from the band Cities & Coasts. They discuss coming up in the Cleveland music community, embarrassing band names, and favorite Cleveland bands. Nathan Hedges also plays a few tunes live and acoustic.

Cities & Coasts will be performing at the Beachland Ballroom on Friday, December 5, in support of Ottawa for their EP release alongside Midnight Passenger and Johnny LaRock and Furface.
