A warm, sunny day brought families, music and food lovers, and strollers out to Waterloo Road in North Collinwood for the street's 10th annual Waterloo Arts Fest. Highlights included a set of roots reggae by Jah Messengers, Wesley Bright & the Hi-Lites playing high-energy classic soul music to a vociferous crowd in the Beachland Tavern, and a second-linr parade of musicians and parasol-twirlers honoring the memory of local jazz musician John Kuegeler, who died this past week.
