Roll up your sleeves and prepare to put your hands to work because Coventry is about to unplug, slow down and get a lot more creative. The popular hand-craft workshop Studio How-To has left its original Cedar Lee spot and moved to the bustling heart of Coventry Village in Cleveland Heights.

Studio How-To has available workshops for those interested in handcrafts ranging from leather-working, sewing, embroidery, painting, quilting, macrame, block printing and even drawing. Beginner and Advance classes are available in addition to private rentals for parties or guided events. Crafting and creating by hand has been said to help people relax, focus, solve problems in new ways, and improve fine motor skills.

Owner and founder Sarah Nemecek has been making, creating and teaching for over 30 years, and Studio How-To is Cleveland's haven for anyone itching to learn how to create that newest Pinterest trend. The new space in Coventry serves as a studio for workshops, and additionally features a retail space for craft supplies available for purchase so patrons can continue utilizing the skills obtained during a workshop to craft outside of the studio.

There will be a grand opening celebration for the new shop Saturday, April 7 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. with the potential to win a free workshop, kit, or completed project.

Studio How-To is located at 1799 Coventry Rd, Cleveland Heights, Ohio 44118
