Sunny Spot Lounge in Cleveland Heights Ordered Closed After Murder

A judge issued a temporary restraining order against the Sunny Spot Lounge in Cleveland Heights this week days after a homicide at the location. In other words, it's closed for now.

The city of Cleveland Heights filed a complaint and sought the order, stating the bar on Noble Rd. was a danger to the surrounding community after a football player was killed in the bar's parking lot.

The details on that murder:

Stephen Johnson, 28, is charged with aggravated murder in the case and Antonio Longino, 24, who was supposed to try out with the Cincinnati Bengals in just a few days, was also arrested and charged with tampering with evidence.
