Surely This Will 1) Convince LeBron to Come Back, and 2) Help This Guy Sell His House

There's a lovely neighborhood on Amberwood Court in Broadview Hts. — manicured lawns, neatly kept shrubs, beautiful brick homes that are the embodiment of all that is safe and suburban and decent.

Then there is this sign in front of a house on the corner of Amberwood and Akins Rd. Lovely, tasteful, understated, wouldn't you say?

I drove by this morning and snapped this picture. Luckily, a neighbor happened to be out and about in their yard. How do they feel about the sign? The kindly gentleman gave a half chuckle, called the homeowner a goofball, and wondered aloud how you could do anything more low class in such a nice neighborhood.

I heartily agree.

Bonus: The house with the sign is for sale. The owner's asking price is $449,500, though it's not clear whether the sign comes with the house or not. All that's for sure is the sign has to be good for business. What likely home buyer wouldn't immediately want to check out the house with the vulgar sign out front?
