Kristen Ross was sentenced to two years in jail today for having sexytime with a 14-year-old student. Ross, who at the time was a Cleveland Municipal School District teacher at Riverside School, accepted a plea deal for felonious assault even though she remains steadfast in denying any sexual relationship with the boy.
Prosecutors tend to stand by their assertion that Ross and the kid did the dirty, mainly because they have ample evidence — 3,800 text messages, phone call records, and a picture of Ross' breasts.
