Jiro Dreams of Sushi — Documentary about an 85-year-old guy who operates the best sushi joint on the planet — which is located in a Tokyo subway station, so book your flight now! — opens at the Capitol Theatre today. Director David Gelb will host a Q&A after the film's 7 p.m. screening tonight.

Killimanjaro Express — Terri Tufts, the artist behind this painting and photography exhibit at Mastroianni Arts, will talk about her six-day climb that inspired the work at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Clarence Bucaro — The Cleveland-born singer-songwriter, who now calls Brooklyn home, has a new album called Walls of the World, partly inspired by his trip to Jerusalem. He plays the Beachland Tavern at 7 tonight. —Michael Gallucci
