Two Girls With Glasses: Fashion Designer Ted Bizon of RVAH

This week, Brandi McElhatten and Nikki Delamotte talk to designer Ted Bizon about his RVAH clothing line.

A young self-taught fashion designer, Bizon traces his journey from the suburbs of Cleveland to showing at New York Fashion Week and his current role as a buyer for Wiz Khalifa. He discusses how he's taking more risks with his spring/summer line, PERSONA, which includes making use of NASA space blankets and reclaimed military materials.

Known for entwining Cleveland's music into his fashion culture, he talks about taking his crew of collaborators from record label ALLOY-X on the road with him and why he wants to expose other cities to our scene.

McElhatten and Delamotte also check in on local fashion and art news, including the opening of Cattitude Vintage at Mahall's, an upcoming concert at the Heart & Sole boutique, the iconic photography of Herb Ritts on display at the new Rock and Roll Hall of Fame + Museum exhibit, the latest PeckaKucha Cleveland presentation, and a few films at the Cleveland International Film Festival.
