Now that the NBA Finals are over and the Cleveland Cavaliers are the undisputed world champs, it's time to get The Q ready for its next gig.

This timelapse video gives just a glimpse of what it takes to get the arena ready for thousands of GOP and media members. It typically takes the party about six to eight weeks to convert a space to be used for convention—this time around they'll only have four.

To begin the process, workers are building a stage, removing seats, adding more air conditioning and building on-site studios.
