For folks interested in getting an early glimpse of Jack Flaps Urban Breakfast Shoppe (3900 Lorain Ave.), the 40-seat breakfast and lunch café opening this month in the former Palookaville Chili spot, owners Eric Williams and Randy Carter have released a trailer of sorts.
