A parody of "Welcome to My Hood" with Cleveland neighborhoods. Funny? Sometimes. We'll give it 3.25 stars out of 5. Westlake, Rocky River, Fleet Ave., Old Brooklyn, West Park, and Lakewood are portrayed in all their stereotyped glory.

Once again, go in with low expectations. 3.25 stars. A less witty "Parma State of Mind" with a larger scope.
